Former Matrixx resident Jochen Miller is currently riding the high road career-wise, delivering many steaming DJ sets on high profile festivals and in the biggest national and international clubs and venues. Next to his energetic DJ sets, this sympathetic DJ/producer constantly produces fantastic releases, both as a solo artist as well as in collaborations with world renown producers. After past releases on labels such as Zzap Recordings, Terminal Traxx (Universal Music The Netherlands), Blackhole Recordings and ID&T’s now defunct Free For All label, Jochen Miller has found a solid home base in the highly praised High Contrast Recordings imprint. With solo releases under his belt such as “India”, “Chromatic”, the earlier mentioned “Alive” and “Twisted Mind”, Jochen Miller already demonstrated his capacities as an international producer and with respected artists as Cor Fijneman (“San Andreas”, “Rocinha”), Rank 1 (“And Then”) and Divini (“One Way”), Jochen emphasized once again his musical visions. His latest gem “Lost Connection” is played for many consecutive weeks by UK’s tastemakers Judge Jules and Eddie Halliwell on BBC Radio 1 and can count on the massive support by the global DJ elite.
“Cala Pada” and “Manoir” will officially be released on the 21st of July 2008 through Selekted Music and will be made available on all global download portals. “Cala Pada” is already to be found exclusively on the recently released Emporium compilation, compiled and mixed by Jochen Miller.
